What every project brief contains

Title and mandate

For each opportunity: licence holder, Starlight’s interest or mandate, validity, location and known restrictions. Verified against the cadastre before it is shown to you.

Technical evidence

Sampling, bulk tests, drilling or studies with author, date and reporting basis. We say what exists and what does not.

Capital and structure

Funding need per milestone, what has been spent, and which participation is sought: equity, debt, equipment finance, JV or offtake.

Risks

Permit status, community and land matters, environmental obligations, infrastructure gaps and anything that could stop or delay the project.

We do not use the terms “proven reserves”, “bankable” or “fully funded” unless a qualified report or binding financing supports them. Mining investment carries material uncertainty; nothing on this site is an offer of securities.

   Meet the team in Freetown, visit the site, speak to the representative in the partner country.

   Licences, agreements, technical reports and financials with individual, logged access.

   Term sheet

   Structure, governance, milestones, reporting and exit agreed before any capital moves.
