How a genuine transaction with us looks
- Quotations
- A genuine quotation is sent from an address on our official domains, names the contracting entity Starlight Minerals [Ltd.], and carries a quotation number you can confirm by phone at [+232 00 000 000].
- Deposits and advance payments
- Deposits are normal for equipment orders and are set out in a signed contract or pro-forma invoice. We never ask for fees to “release” gold or diamonds, storage charges, or payments to individuals. If someone asks for these in our name, it is not us.
- Payment instructions
- Our bank details are provided once, in the contract. Any change is confirmed by a second channel you already know: a phone call to the number on this page or a meeting. An email alone is never enough.
- Representatives
- Representatives in Liberia, Mali, DR Congo and Madagascar act under a written mandate. They do not sign contracts or receive payments on our behalf unless the mandate, which we will show you, says so.
- Report an approach
